Michael Ricciardone's journey to directing began may moons ago in the rehearsal room as an actor. His love for various acting techniques and innovative staging inspired him to direct stories of his own. His work has been seen across New England in various regional, community, and Off-Broadway productions. He has recently been appointed as the Artistic Director to Showpeople Theater Collective which provides an outlet for new works and new playwrights. 

 

My mission as a Director is to inspire those in the room with me by acknowledging all the gifts and attributes they bring. Fellow actors and designers must feel heard and encouraged to share their ideas.
